Testimonials
After 15 years in the Real Estate Industry it was a refreshing pleasure to work with Executive Restoration and David Snell. My client was selling a house that was over 50 years old with one owner and not many updates, needless to say there were moisture and mold issues that had to be addressed. David and his team worked with me and my client to identify and resolve the issues in a timely manner and at an affordable price. The team also identified the emotional nature of the transaction and gave the appropriate amount of respect to the situation. In the end, we were able to list and sell the house faster than any others in the neighborhood and I contribute the results in large part to the services that were performed by Executive Restoration. Thanks guys for your hard work and can do attitude, if all vendors were like you, my life would be infinitely easier!
Without a doubt, this was the most helpful process to our curiosity, of a property we were looking to purchase. These guys were absolutely amazing! They busted out their gadget(s) and started scanning all around including the crawlspace. I was able to peek a few times to see the wild array of coloring and mold spots. Come to find out, the place we were wanting to buy was mold infested, had serious electrical problems and had foundation issues. They saved us BIG Money!
I have had the amazing chance to work one on one with David, the owner of Executive Restoration! He is very clean, organized and efficient with his work. With so many restoration companies out there it is hard to sort through them and find the best one for what you need. Executive Restoration has no limits on what they are capable of doing and even work with you if your insurance companies can't! Thank you Executive Resoration for all your hard work and cleanliness!
Executive Restoration is an expert on Mold and if a home has had water damage that has been left untreated, there is probably mold damage to follow. With precise testing and thorough inspections, David Snell and his team make sure all forms of mold and damage are cleaned and restored.
Thanks to Robert, David, and the intelligent, caring and professional staff at Executive Restorations, our dreams of opening our restaurant are underway so that we can serve our clientels needs, providing them with exceptional service, and world-class flavor profiles that tantalize the palate in a healthy environment with air quality that promotes wellness.
Having a third-party certified Eco-Friendly consulting & cleaning service business in Greenville, SC, gives me an opportunity to both research and understand the dangers of mold. I was impressed with their service and courage to deal with mold bc, lets face it, its gross. David and the crew are so knowledgable and dedicated to seeing their clients' needs meet. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!! Thank you so much guys:-)
I am sooo glad I called Executive Restoration. I had put off dealing with some water damage because every plumber I called said they'd have to tear out walls to figure out where it was coming from. Scary! I knew I couldn't afford that! I finally found this company and chose them because they can "see" behind the walls with infrared scanners. No tearing up my walls! Yay! In one visit, they figured out the problem that nobody else could. I definitely recommend them. They were super-knowledgeable and very professional.
Executive Restoration sent out one of their guys to investigate whether or not mold was present after a slow leak in my house had gone unnoticed for a while. He was quickly able to show me where mold was growing in my attic! Who knew???? After testing my air quality, they found that I did have near dangerous levels of aspergillus (a type of mold). Then I started putting 2 and 2 together. I developed asthma around the time we think the leak started. Hmmm.... Thanks to Executive Restoration I look forward to regaining my health and my home. What's really bizarre is I found out that mold toxicity can lead to vitamin deficiencies. Around the same time I developed asthma, I developed a severe B-12 deficiency. I can't wait to see how good I feel when the mold cleanup is done. Thank you Executive Restoration and especially Robert and David for taking such care in helping me. You guys rock!
I just wanted to share how grateful I am to David (the owner) for caring so much about doing the best job possible. Since I discovered water damage in my home, he has done everything possible to make sure that the problem is completely fixed. Recently, my insurance company said that the damage wasn't covered and tried to give me the runaround. David assured me that he is used to dealing with insurance companies and that he would take care of it. By the next morning he had spoken to my local agent and the claims adjustor that I had been playing phone tag with for days. By the same afternoon, they completely changed their tune. Without his help I'm sure I would have had to pay for everything totaling in the thousands of dollars. If you have any kind of water damage, he will find it with great accuracy using infared scanners.
What's sad is that for 4 days I couldn't get anyone from my insurance company to help me. In fact, I was in tears after I finally talked to someone at some 800- number. Yet, David was able to make things happen in just 24 hours .... amazing! Just his expertise in dealing with them is enough to make hiring him worth your while. Of course, the work he does is outstanding too. I will be forever grateful!!!
Here is a letter I just wrote to Executive Restoration. Please read if you're considering having someone rip out walls to find a leak.
Dear David,
I'd like to thank you so much for your attention to detail, your professionalism and your ability to diagnose a problem that so many have failed to diagnose.
In May of 2008 there was a hail storm in my neighborhood. Unbeknownst to me, I incurred damage to my roof and was not aware of the damage until early 2010. The only thing I did notice was that some water damage showed up in the floor and vanity cabinet of my bathroom in the early summer of 2008. The damage was the worst was near the toilet, so I had a plumber come in and reseal the toilet, yet the problem persisted. By the summer of 2008 I was diagnosed with asthma and other breathing difficulties that doctors had trouble diagnosing. By the fall I had to go on disability and have only been able to work sporadically since that time.
Once my neighborhood became aware of the hail damage, we all began having our roofs replaced me included. My insurance inspector said that the damage to the bathroom was unrelated to my roof issue. He suspected the leak was coming from the concrete slab and suggested I call a plumber. I knew that insurance would only cover a burst pipe and not a leaking one. Fearing the worst, I delayed calling. When mold began growing on my vanity, I knew something needed to be done, so I called Executive Restoration. The owner, David thoroughly explained the process to me over the phone. Robert was immediately sent over and through the use of infared scanning and a thorough inspection, he was able to clearly see what the insurance inspector, the plumber and the roofer had missed. The damage was from the roof! The water had traveled through the interior of the wall and down the outside of a pipe to the bathroom floor. There was no plumbing issue at all! Thank God I didn't waste money having a plumber come in and rip out walls and flooring to find nothing.
I will forever be grateful to Executive Restoration for resolving a problem that persisted for two years. I can now look forward to regaining my health and not having to worry about paying for thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. Thank you, Executive Restoration! You are awesome!
Mr. Greg and Billie Well's (they own a filter company) 704-825-2515 a letter of recommendation. This is a letter from them word for word.
To whom it may concern: Greg and Billie Well's located an extensive mold problem in our guest house t the beginning of 2006. the damage was so severe that dry out companies we contacted could not correct the entire problem of removing the mold and wood reconstruction. one of the companies took a look at the problem and recommended Executive Restoration. executive Restoration not only completed the entire job, but the work of their employees was impeccable. They went above and beyond the job requirements: making recommendations, repairing problems not inour contract, helping with insurance claim, etc. We would recommend Executive Restoration to any persons finding a mold problem in their home. It was our pleasure working with Executive Restoration. Executive Restoration got the job done quickly, effienently, and our guest house is better than it was prior toe the discovery of the mold problem.
